Care Advice:
We recommends that you follow for each item the specific care instructions listed on the product's label. with regards to polos, it is recommended to use cold water the first time you wash them and to turn them inside out to preserve the quality of the cotton. Then, it is advisable to wash them in cold or warm water (30 degrees) with a soft laundry detergent preferably non-toxic and biodegradable. Dryers and radiators are not recommended. It's best to allow your polo shirt to drip dry. These practices also save energy and improve the environmental footprint of your product.
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) in this segment is 10 pieces, though larger the better! For lesser quantity with customization, please look up our custom design order page.
The turnaround time (TAT) for any order is 15 days from the date of finalization of design, sizes, quantity and payment. Based on shipping times and connectivity for your location, this could be couple of days earlier or later. We are based at Mumbai, Maharashtra and the shipping times are to be estimated as ex-Mumbai.
Yes we can! For an additional fee, we can deliver in 5 to 7 days, again depending on the shipping times for your location. Anything less than this falls under the miracle category but we do perform them on occasion!
Yes you can! For larger orders, of course. These samples will be charged to your final bill. It is a good idea to go for a sample only for large orders of >100 pieces, since the cost of setting up a sample would be around 3 times the average price per piece.
Of course, we do provide GST invoices! Let us know the details along with the payment and we will be happy to include them in your bill for your input credit!
